Use a ready-made template

Start your website from a ColibriOS template, already designed and wired up, and fill it with your own business details.

Templates are complete websites designed for ColibriOS: several pages, buttons already connected to booking and sign-ups, ready for your words. Browse them all in the ColibriOS Template Shop, or pick one right inside the app.

Pick a template inside ColibriOS

  1. Open Website > My pages.
  2. Press Start from a template.
  3. Press Preview on any template to click around its live demo.
  4. When you find the one, press Use this template.
  5. Wait a moment while it comes in. Its pages arrive published, and its first page becomes your homepage.

Bring one in from the Template Shop

  1. On templates.colibrios.com, open the template you like and press Use this template. This copies its import link.
  2. In ColibriOS, open Website > My pages and press Import a site or design.
  3. Choose A website I already have, paste the link and press Fetch.
  4. To bring in the rest of its pages, press the Import all button (it shows how many pages, like “Import all 5 pages”).
  5. These pages arrive as drafts. Publish them, and press Make homepage on the page you want as your front page.

Make it yours

Either way, Colibri fills the template with your business name and details from your Business Blueprint, and writes its headlines and paragraphs for you. With Start from a template, the whole site takes 2 AI actions. With an import link, Colibri writes each page as it comes in. See How AI actions work.

Filled in your Blueprint after picking a template, or changed your business name or phone since? Press Refresh from my Blueprint on Website > My pages. It puts your current details back into your template pages and rewrites their headlines and paragraphs (2 AI actions).

Good to know

  • Your own pages are never touched. A template adds its pages alongside them.
  • Switching to a different template hides the earlier template’s pages from your site. They are not deleted: you’ll still find them under My pages.
  • Refresh from my Blueprint replaces any words you changed in those headlines and paragraphs. Each page saves its earlier version first, under History in the page editor.
  • The template’s colors and fonts only fill the brand kit slots you left empty. See Set up your brand kit.
  • After that, change anything by asking Colibri, or by clicking the words and photos in the page editor.
