Your Schedule page
Show everything people can book on one page, and group it under your own headings.
Every ColibriOS website has a Schedule page: everything bookable in one place. It lives at your site’s address followed by /schedule. There is nothing to turn on.
What’s on it
- Gatherings: one card per weekly series, with the next date. Visitors open “more dates” to see the rest, and press View & register to sign up.
- 1:1 sessions: each session type, with a Pick a time button.
- Packs and bundles: at the bottom, with a button to buy.
Sort things under your own headings
By default, gatherings sit under one heading and private sessions under another. You can give them your own headings, like “Virtual Breathwork” or “Sound Baths”.
- Open Scheduling > Gatherings and edit a gathering.
- Find Schedule heading (optional) and type a heading.
- Save the gathering.
- To do the same for a session, open Scheduling > 1:1 Booking, edit the session type, and fill in Schedule heading (optional).
Gatherings and sessions with the same heading sit together under it. Headings show in the order you first used them. As you type, headings you’ve already used show up so the spelling stays the same.
Help people find it
The Schedule link shows in your site menu, next to Book a session, when your site offers 1:1 sessions.
If your site uses an imported design with its own menu, point one of its links at the schedule:
- Open Website > My pages.
- Press Links on that page’s row.
- Pick the link and choose Opens the schedule.
You can also share the address itself in emails, texts and your social bio.
Good to know
- On a weekly series, the heading you set applies to every date.
- Leave the heading blank and the item sits under the default heading for its kind.
- Your other booking pages (offerings, the booking page and bundles) still work as before.
- Nothing on the schedule? The page says “Nothing on the schedule right now. Check back soon.”
- See Create a gathering and Set up 1:1 booking to add more.
