Build your first page
Make a new page for your website, by asking Colibri or by starting from a ready-made layout, then publish it.
Every page on your website lives under Website > My pages. You can ask Colibri to build a page for you, or start one yourself from a ready-made layout and put in your own words.
Ask Colibri to build it
- Open Website > My pages.
- In the box at the top (“What should Colibri do?”), say what you want. For example: “Build me a sales page for my spring retreat.”
- If you have photos or a design you like, drop them into the box too.
- Colibri builds the page as a draft, and it shows up in your page list.
Build it yourself
- Open Website > My pages and press Add a page.
- Pick a starting point: Retreat sales page, Lead magnet, About the host, Program & pricing, Link in bio, Creator homepage or Blank page.
- Type a Page title and press Create page.
- In the editor, click any part of the page to change it. Hover between two sections to add a new one. Prefer a simple list? Switch from Preview to List.
- Fill in In search results (a search title and a short description). This is what Google shows for the page.
- Turn on Show in menu if the page belongs in your site’s navigation. You can set its menu label and order.
- Press Save page.
Publish it
New pages start as drafts, and there is no private preview. To see a page the way visitors will, press Publish and view in the editor, or click the Draft: publish? badge on its row. Click the Published badge any time to make it a draft again.
To make a page your site’s front page, press Make homepage on its row.
Good to know
- If your website isn’t live yet, a card at the top of the Website page tells you. Press Take my site live to publish your pages and switch the site on.
- Colibri saves a copy of the page before every edit it makes. Open History in the page editor to restore an earlier version.
- The page address comes from the title. Change it under Page address before you share the link.
- Colibri uses AI actions when it builds or changes a page. See How AI actions work and Have Colibri build or change a page.
