How AI actions work

See what uses AI actions, how many your plan includes and what to do when you run out.

Every AI feature in ColibriOS draws from one monthly allowance of AI actions. Chatting with Colibri, drafting an email, reading a receipt and building a page all come out of the same pool.

How many you get

  • ColibriOS Pro includes about 400 AI actions a month.
  • The Free plan includes 10 a month.
  • Your allowance starts fresh on the 1st of each month.

What each thing uses

  • 1 AI action: a message to Colibri, an AI draft of an email or text, or a receipt read for your books.
  • 2: a page Colibri writes, an email series, or Colibri writing a template’s words from your Blueprint.
  • 3: importing a funnel.
  • 5: a message with images attached (like a design for Colibri to rebuild), an AI image, or an AI edit to an HTML email.

See how many you’ve used

  1. Open Settings and press Billing & cancellation at the top right.
  2. Look at the AI actions card. It shows how many you’ve used this month out of your allowance, plus any extra you’ve bought.

When you run out

Colibri and the other AI buttons stop and tell you that you’ve used this month’s AI actions. You can:

  • Buy more. The workspace owner can buy a top-up of 100 AI actions from the AI actions card. Bought actions never expire, and they’re used after your monthly ones.
  • Turn on Unlimited AI. An add-on to ColibriOS Pro with no monthly count for normal use (fair use, up to 1,500 a month). Tick Add Unlimited AI when you choose Pro, or, if you already pay for Pro, press Turn on Unlimited AI on its card.
  • Wait for the 1st, when your allowance refills.

Good to know

  • For the current price of top-ups and Unlimited AI, see colibrios.com/pricing.
  • Only the workspace owner sees the buttons to buy more.
  • Unused monthly actions don’t carry over. Bought ones do.
  • A clear, detailed request usually gets it right the first time, which saves actions.
