Sell a bundle
Sell courses, and classes if you like, together at one price.
A bundle puts several things behind one price. It’s built for courses: tick the courses to include, and you can add some classes on top. Buyers pay once and get everything in it.
Selling a block of classes with no course in it? Use a class pack instead. See Memberships and class packs.
Steps
- Open Scheduling > Bundles and click New bundle.
- Add a Name and a Description.
- Add a Cover image with Upload or Library. It shows on the bundle’s card on your Schedule page, your bundles page and in the member portal.
- Under Courses, tick each course to include.
- To add classes, enter a number in Classes. Or split them by kind under What is in it (Any class, Group classes, Virtual classes, Private sessions and more). The total fills in for you.
- Set the Price (0 for free) and set Status to published.
- Click Create bundle.
- Share it. The copy icon on the bundle’s row copies its own link. Once a bundle is published, Copy bundles page link at the top copies a page that lists every published bundle, each with a Buy button.
What buyers get
- They’re enrolled in every course in the bundle as soon as the payment clears.
- Any classes land on their account as a pack. They can use it on classes and 1:1 sessions that take a pack.
- Free bundles are handed over right away.
Good to know
- Classes from a bundle only work on gatherings and session types that take a pack. You choose those on Scheduling > Memberships and packs, under “Where a pack can be used”.
- The Bundles list shows how much each bundle saves against buying everything separately.
- Only courses and classes go in a bundle. Shop products can’t be added.
- A bundle someone has bought can’t be deleted. Set its Status to archived instead, so the purchase records stay.
- Paid bundles need Stripe. See Connect Stripe to take card payments.
- Bundles are part of ColibriOS Pro. See The Free plan and ColibriOS Pro.
