The Free plan and ColibriOS Pro
What each plan includes, and how to see which one you're on.
ColibriOS has two plans: the Free plan, and ColibriOS Pro with everything in it. For current prices, see colibrios.com/pricing.
The Free plan
Free for as long as you like, with no card needed:
- Your website on a free Colibri address.
- Your contacts.
- 1:1 booking, for up to 5 booked sessions a month.
- Colibri, the built-in helper, with 10 AI actions a month.
ColibriOS Pro
One plan with everything in it, including:
- Your website on a domain of your own.
- 1:1 booking without the monthly limit, plus gatherings: classes, workshops, retreats and events.
- Memberships, class packs and bundles.
- Online courses, applications and your shop.
- Your community space.
- Newsletters, campaigns, funnels and texting.
- Your books, with bank connections and receipt reading.
- Connecting Zapier, Make and other apps.
- About 400 AI actions a month, with Unlimited AI available as an add-on. See How AI actions work.
See or change your plan
- Open Settings.
- Press Billing & cancellation at the top right.
- Your current plan shows under Subscription status.
- To move to Pro, press Choose ColibriOS Pro and pay on the secure Stripe page. See Change, pay for or cancel your plan for each step.
Good to know
- On the Free plan, the menu hides what your plan doesn’t include, and a More on other plans link appears above Support.
- ColibriOS Pro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of your first payment, press Refund me and move to the Free plan on your Billing page and every payment on your plan comes back in full. It’s once per workspace.
- If you leave Pro, your workspace moves to the Free plan. Your website, contacts and 1:1 booking keep working, and everything else pauses until you choose a plan again.
- Only the workspace owner can choose or change the plan.
