Your first hour in ColibriOS

A quick tour of the menu, so you know where everything lives.

ColibriOS keeps your website, bookings, people, email and money in one place. This tour walks you through the menu on the left, so you always know where to look.

Steps

  1. Sign in. A brand new workspace opens on Getting started, a short checklist that sends you into each section in turn. See Use the Getting started checklist.
  2. Look at the top of the menu. Dashboard is your home page once you’re set up, and Getting started stays pinned there so you can always get back to your list.
  3. Open the groups below it. Only one group opens at a time, which keeps the menu short:
    • Website: your pages, brand kit and domain, plus Media Library and Site Traffic.
    • Scheduling: Gatherings (classes, workshops, retreats and events), 1:1 Booking, Bundles, Memberships and packs, and Registrations.
    • People: Contacts, your one list of everyone, and Community.
    • Marketing: Pipeline, Reminders, Email (Campaigns, Newsletters, Session emails and Funnels), Texts, Forms and Testimonials.
    • Selling: Products, Courses, Applications, Orders and Coupons.
    • Money: Finances, Banking, Budget, Tax Tracker, Mileage, Reports and Affiliate.
    • Spaces: Facilities, Room Scheduling and Maintenance.
  4. At the bottom you’ll find Support, for help from a real person, and Settings, for your business details, payments, team and more.
  5. Use the search box at the top of every page to jump straight to a gathering, client or staff member. Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to start typing.
  6. Meet Colibri, the round button in the bottom right corner of every page. Ask it how anything works. See Ask Colibri for help.

A good first hour

Good to know

  • The menu only shows what your plan can open. On the Free plan, Gatherings, Registrations, Bundles, Memberships and packs, Email, Products, Courses and Applications are hidden, and a More on other plans link appears above Support. See The Free plan and ColibriOS Pro.
  • Nothing you set up blocks anything else. Start wherever feels most useful.
