Read your Dashboard
See your week, your money and what needs your attention, all on one page.
The Dashboard is your home page in ColibriOS. Click Dashboard at the top of the menu to see what’s happening across your business. Almost everything on it is clickable.
What you’ll see
- Quick buttons at the top: New booking, New gathering, New invoice and Add expense.
- Finish setting up your workspace: how many Getting started steps you’ve done, with a button for the next one. Close it with the X, or it goes away once every step is done or set aside.
- What should Colibri do?: a big box where you can ask Colibri to build a page, change a headline or answer a question. See Ask Colibri for help.
- Your website: either Your website is live at with your address and Copy and View site buttons, or Your website isn’t live yet with what’s missing and a Take my site live button.
- Four numbers. Click one to open the page behind it:
- Sessions this week: booked 1:1 sessions and gatherings in the next 7 days.
- Money in this month: payments dated this month.
- Outstanding invoices: what clients still owe you.
- Uncategorized expenses: bank spending that has no category yet.
- Follow-ups due today: shows up when you have follow-ups due. View all opens Reminders.
- The calendar: this month’s gatherings and booked 1:1 sessions. Sessions carry a small 1:1 mark. A green dot means confirmed, amber means pending, red means cancelled. Use the arrows to change month and Today to come back. Click any item to open it.
- Recent activity: your latest gatherings, invoices and payments.
- Coming up next: your next sessions and gatherings, with date, time and place.
Good to know
- A brand new workspace opens on Getting started instead, so your first look isn’t a page of zeros.
- On a phone, the round + button in the corner offers the same four quick actions.
- The money numbers count what’s recorded in ColibriOS: payments, invoices and the bank lines you’ve brought in. See Connect Stripe and Import your bank statements.
- The calendar shows up to three items a day, then a link to the rest.
