Have Colibri write your emails

Let Colibri draft your welcome, nurture and sales emails, or a single newsletter, in your own voice.

Colibri can write your emails using the answers in your Business Blueprint, so they sound like you. Nothing is ever sent until you read it and say go.

Write your core email series

  1. Fill in your Business Blueprint first. The emails are built from it.
  2. Open Marketing > Email > Funnels.
  3. Press Write my emails from my Blueprint.
  4. Tick the series you want:
    • Welcome: 6 emails with your story, your philosophy and an open door.
    • Free guide delivery: 3 emails that deliver a free resource and lead to your offer. It comes with a sign-up page.
    • Nurture: 4 emails of unhurried value for people who aren’t ready yet.
    • Sales: 4 emails that present your offer plainly and answer the usual doubts.
  5. Press Write all four. If you ticked fewer, the button shows how many.
  6. When it finishes, each series is a draft funnel on the Funnels page. Open it, read every email, change anything you like, then flip Turn on.

Draft a single newsletter or campaign

  1. Open Marketing > Email > Newsletters (or Campaigns). Open an email, or press New newsletter.
  2. In Compose, press Draft with AI.
  3. Tell Colibri what the email should say. Include dates, prices and links you want used.
  4. Press Generate draft. Colibri writes the subject, preview line and content, keeps your images, and saves the draft.
  5. Edit anything, then send or schedule it yourself.

You can also ask Colibri in chat, for example “Write a newsletter about my fall retreat”. It saves the email as a draft under Newsletters.

Good to know

  • Draft with AI replaces the words already in that email. It asks before it does.
  • Everything arrives off or as a draft: funnels wait for you to turn them on, and newsletters wait for you to send them.
  • Email tools are part of ColibriOS Pro, so they don’t show on the Free plan.
  • Newsletters, campaigns and funnels need your own sending domain first. See Send email from your own domain.
