Change, pay for or cancel your plan

Upgrade, update your card, download invoices or cancel, all from your Billing page.

Everything about paying for ColibriOS lives on your Billing page. Only the workspace owner can make changes there.

Open your Billing page

  1. Open Settings at the bottom of the menu.
  2. Press Billing & cancellation at the top right.

Choose ColibriOS Pro

  1. Find the Choose ColibriOS Pro card. If it shows a Monthly and Annual choice, pick one.
  2. Tick Add Unlimited AI if you want it. See How AI actions work.
  3. Press Choose ColibriOS Pro. You pay on a secure Stripe page and come straight back.

Update your card, get invoices or cancel

  1. On the Manage billing card, press Open billing portal.
  2. In the secure Stripe portal, update your card, download invoices, switch plans or cancel.

When you cancel, you keep everything until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Then your workspace moves to the Free plan: your website, contacts and 1:1 booking keep working, and everything else pauses until you choose a plan again.

Turn Unlimited AI on or off later

If you already pay for Pro, use the Unlimited AI card. Press Turn on Unlimited AI to add it. Press Switch back to included AI to stop it; it stays on until your plan renews.

Get a full refund in your first 30 days

Within 30 days of your first payment, a 30-day money-back guarantee card appears. Press Refund me and move to the Free plan. Every payment on your plan is refunded in full, the plan is cancelled that day, and your workspace moves to the Free plan. The money lands back on your card in 5 to 10 business days. It’s once per workspace.

  • Need more AI actions this month? The AI actions card on the same page has a button to buy more.
  • A domain or mailbox you bought through ColibriOS is billed on its own card on this page.
  • You can download your data at any time from Download my data at the bottom of the page. See Export your data.
  • A few older accounts with no card on file see a Cancel subscription button instead of the portal. After you confirm, you keep full access for 30 days, then the account becomes read-only with a one-click download. You can reactivate any time in the 90 days after that.
