Open a support ticket
Send a question or report a problem to a real person, and read the reply right inside ColibriOS.
Most answers are already here in the Help Center, so search it first. You can also ask Colibri, the helper in the corner of every page. When you need a person, send a ticket: someone who can see your workspace reads it and replies.
Steps
- Click Support at the bottom of the menu.
- Under Contact support, type a short subject in What do you need help with?
- Pick a category if you like: Question, Billing, Something’s broken, Feature idea or Other.
- Tell us what’s going on: what you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Add a screenshot if you have one. Press Attach image or file, drag a screenshot anywhere onto the card, or copy and paste it straight in. You can add up to 5 files, 10 MB each.
- Press Send ticket.
If Colibri suggests an answer
The first time you press send, Colibri checks whether ColibriOS already does what you’re asking about. If it finds a clear answer, it shows it above the button under This might already be in Colibri.
- If that solved it, press That answered it.
- If not, press Send it anyway. Your ticket goes straight out, exactly as you wrote it.
Read and answer replies
- Replies appear on the same page, under Your tickets. We also email you when we respond.
- Click a ticket to open the conversation.
- Type in Write a reply and press Send. You can attach files to replies too.
Good to know
- Each ticket shows a status: Open (we have it), Support replied (it’s your turn) or Resolved.
- A resolved ticket has no reply box. If something comes up again, send a new ticket.
- A screenshot shows us exactly what you see and saves a round of questions.
- Support is for questions about ColibriOS. Your own clients reach you through your website’s contact page, not here.
- For “how do I” questions, Colibri usually answers fastest. See Ask Colibri for help.
