Your clients' My account page

Your clients sign in once on your website to see their courses, community, packs, classes and everything they've booked or bought.

My account is one sign-in page on your website for your clients, students and members. It lives at your site’s address followed by /account. There is nothing to set up: anyone who has ever booked or bought from you can sign in with their email.

How your clients sign in

  1. They open My account from your site menu, or go to your site’s address followed by /account.
  2. They type the email they used with you and press Email me a code.
  3. A 6-digit code arrives by email. It expires in 10 minutes.
  4. They type the code and press Sign in. No password, ever.

What they see

  • Your courses, Community and Membership and packs: a card for each one that is theirs, opening already signed in. The membership card shows how many classes are left on their pack.
  • Coming up: your upcoming gatherings, with a Sign up button. Dates they already hold a place on are marked.
  • Bundles: your bundles, each with a Take a look button.
  • Your classes: classes they’re booked into and classes they’ve taken. Open discussion opens that class’s board, and View opens its page. When a booked class is still far enough away, a Reschedule button lets them move to another date.
  • Your history: every gathering, session, course, order and pack, newest first, with a filter for each kind. Session rows have Book again.

Help people find it

My account shows in your site menu when you offer 1:1 sessions or courses. If your site uses an imported design with its own menu, point a link at it:

  1. Open Website > My pages.
  2. Press Links on that page’s row.
  3. Pick the link and choose Opens My account.

Good to know

  • For privacy, the page never says whether an email is known. If a client gets no code, have them check spam, then try the exact email they booked with.
  • Sign out at the top signs them out of everything at once.
  • Rescheduling only offers dates at the same price or less that still have room.
  • The older sign-in pages for students, members and your community still work on their own.
  • Want to add a class, session or course for a client yourself? Open them in People > Contacts and use the Add for card. See Your contact list.
